Common use of Notices to Trust Clause in Contracts

Notices to Trust. Any notice or other instrument in writing, authorized or required by this Agreement to be given to the Trust shall be sufficiently given when delivered to the Trust or on the second Business Day following the time such notice is deposited in the U.S. mail postage prepaid and addressed to the Trust at its office at 0000 Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Suite 201, Columbus, Ohio 43215 or at such other place as the Trust may from time to time designate in writing.
