Common use of Notices to the Depositor and the Securities Administrator Clause in Contracts

Notices to the Depositor and the Securities Administrator. (a) The Master Servicer shall promptly notify the Securities Administrator, the Sponsor and the Depositor (i) of any legal proceedings pending against the Master Servicer of the type described in Item 1117 (§ 229.1117) of Regulation AB and (ii) if the Master Servicer shall become (but only to the extent not previously disclosed to the Master Servicer and the Depositor) at any time an affiliate of any of the parties listed on Exhibit V to this Agreement. On or before March 1st of each year, the Depositor shall distribute the information in Exhibit V to the Master Servicer.
