Any notice to Holders of Warrants evidenced by Warrant Certificates [in registered form] which by any provisions of this Warrant Agreement is required or permitted to be given shall be given by first class mail prepaid at such Holder's address as it appears on the books of the Warrant Agent. [Any notice to beneficial owners of Warrants evidenced by the Global Warrant Certificate which by any provisions of this Warrant Agreement is required or permitted to be given shall be given in the manner provided with respect to Warrant Securities in bearer form in Section 1.06 of the Indenture].
