If Ford Credit is no longer acting as Servicer, any Successor Servicer appointed pursuant to Section 6.02 will deliver or make available to Ford Credit, as the case may be, each certificate and report required to be prepared, forwarded or delivered thereafter pursuant to Sections 3.04, 3.05 and 3.06.
