Notices To Be In. Writing All notices, demands or other communications required or permitted to be given or made hereunder shall be in writing and delivered personally or sent by prepaid registered post with recorded delivery, addressed to the intended recipient thereof at its address set out at the front of this Agreement (or such other address as is notified by a Party from time to time), and marked for the attention of such person (if any).
