NOTICES OF AN OPERATING NATURE. Any notice, request or demand pertaining to matters of an operating nature may be served in person or by United States mail, messenger, telephone, or telegraph, facsimile transmission or orally, as circumstances dictate, from the OC Representative of one Party to the OC Representative of the other Party; provided, that should the same not be written, confirmation thereof shall be made in writing as soon as practicable thereafter, upon request of the Party being served.
