Any notice, demand or document that a Party is required or may desire to give hereunder, except to the extent specifically provided otherwise herein, must be (i) in writing and (ii) given by personal delivery, overnight courier, facsimile, or U.S. mail registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, with the postage prepaid and properly addressed or communicated to such Party at its address or facsimile number set forth in Section 25.2, or at such other address as either Party may have furnished to the other by notice given in accordance with this Section 25.1. Other than notices relating to a Potential Event of Default, a Termination Event, termination of this Agreement, indemnification, assignment and disputes, notice may also be given by electronic mail at such e-mail address as is typically used for such type of matter in the conduct of the recipient’s business.
