Notices from Governmental Authorities. To iStar’s Knowledge, iStar has not received from any Governmental Authority written notice of any material violation of any Laws applicable (or alleged to be applicable) to the Contributed Entities, the Contributed Interests or, to the extent compliance is not the responsibility of the tenant under a Lease, the Properties, or any part thereof, that has not been corrected.
