NOTICES; DOCUMENTS. For the purpose of verifying and calculating the payments due pursuant to Section 3.1 and Article 5 hereof and as a condition to the release of any Pledged Shares pursuant to Article IV of the Pledge Agreement, the Borrower agrees to provide copies of all documents relating to the exercise of the Options to ▇▇▇▇, pursuant to the provisions of Section 8.3 hereof, upon the date of any exercise of the Options.
