If the Warrant Agent or the Determination Agent shall receive any notice or demand addressed to the Company by any Warrantholder pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, the Warrant Agent or the Determination Agent, as the case may be, shall promptly forward such notice or demand to the Company.
