NOTICES; ADMINISTRATION. Service of all notices under the Lease shall be sufficient if delivered personally or mailed to Lessee at its address specified in the Supplement or to IBM Credit Corporation as Lessor in care of the IBM Branch Office specified in the Supplement. Notice by mail shall be effective when deposited in the United States mail, duly addressed and with postage prepaid. Notices, consents and approvals from or by Lessor shall be given by Lessor or on its behalf by IBM and all payments shall be made to IBM until Lessor shall notify Lessee otherwise.
