Common use of Notice Clause in Contracts

Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company at its principal office address, directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the respective addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement, provided that all other notices to the Company at its principal office address, should be directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Corporate Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice notices of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company at last known residence address of the Executive or in the case of the Company, to its principal office address, directed to the attention of each of the Board then directors of the Company with a copy to the Secretary of the Companyits Secretary, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. Notice. For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the respective addresses as set forth below; provided that all notices to the Company at its principal office address, shall be directed to the attention of the Chairman of the Board of the Company with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either one party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Executive at the address appearing from time to time in the personnel records of the Company and to the Company at the address of its principal office addresscorporate headquarters, directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or in either case to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company at its principal office addressrespective addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement, provided that all notices to Accuride shall be directed to the attention of the President of the Company or a member of the Board who is not a Company employee with a copy to the Secretary of the CompanyAccuride, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the address set forth on the first page of this Agreement with respect to the Company at its principal office addressand on the signature page with respect to you, provided that all notices to the Company shall be directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary President of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. Notice. For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered personally delivered, sent by overnight courier or by facsimile with confirmation of receipt or on the third business day after being mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company at its principal office addressaddress and facsimile number, directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address and facsimile number on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company at its principal office addressrespective addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement, provided that all notice to the Corporation shall be directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary of the CompanyCorporation, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaidprepaid and addressed, addressed in the case of the Company, to the address set forth on the first page of this Agreement or, in the case of the undersigned employee, to the address set forth below his signature, provided that all notices to the Company at its principal office address, shall be directed to the attention of the Chairman of the Board or President of the Company, with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, notices notices, demands and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered either personally or mailed by United States overnight, certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed addressed, in the case of Executive, to the Company at its principal office address, directed last address on file with the Employer and if to the attention of the Board with a copy Employer, to the Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company its executive offices or to such other address as either any party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice notices of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States certified or registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the Company at its principal office addressrespective addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement, provided that all notices to Leap shall be directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary of the CompanyLeap, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to Executive at the address appearing from time to time in the personnel records of the Company and to the Company at the address of its principal office addresscorporate headquarters, directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or in either case to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

For the purpose of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this the Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered or certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaidpre-paid, addressed to the Company at last known residence address of the Executive or in the case of the Company, to its principal office address, directed to the attention of each of the Board then directors of the Company with a copy to the Secretary of the Companyits Secretary, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.

Notice. For the purpose purposes of this Agreement, notices and all other communications provided for in this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been duly given when delivered or mailed by United States registered mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, addressed to the respective addresses set forth on the first page of this Agreement; provided that all notices to the Company at its principal office address, shall be directed to the attention of the Board with a copy to the Secretary General Counsel of the Company, and to Employee at Employee’s residence address on the records of the Company or to such other address as either party may have furnished to the other in writing in accordance herewith herewith, except that notice notices of change of address shall be effective only upon receipt.
