Notice Regarding Cancellation of Contracts. As required by the provisions of Section 38-511, Arizona Revised Statutes, as amended, notice is hereby given that political subdivisions of the State of Arizona or any of their departments or agencies may, within three (3) years of its execution, cancel any contract, without penalty or further obligation, made by the political subdivisions or any of their departments or agencies on or after September 30, 1988, if any person significantly involved in initiating, negotiating, securing, drafting or creating the contract on behalf of the political subdivisions or any of their departments or agencies is, at any time while the contract or any extension of the contract is in effect, an employee or agent of any other party to the contract in any capacity or a consultant to any other party of the contract with respect to the subject matter of the contract. The Company covenants and agrees not to employ as an employee, agent or, with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement, a consultant, any person significantly involved in initiating, negotiating, securing, drafting or creating such Agreement on behalf of the Authority within three (3) years from the execution hereof, unless a waiver is provided by the Authority.
