Notice of Termination Events or Unmatured Termination Events. The Servicer will notify the Administrator and each Purchaser Agent in writing promptly upon (but in no event later than five Business Days after) a financial or other officer learning of the occurrence of a Termination Event or Unmatured Termination Event. Such notice shall be given by the chief financial officer or chief accounting officer of the Servicer and shall describe such Termination Event or Unmatured Termination Event, and if applicable, the steps being taken by the Person(s) affected with respect thereto.
