Common use of Notice of Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Notice of Termination Date. The Manager may at any time terminate and dissolve a Fund or a series within a Fund by giving to the Trustee and each then Unitholder of that Fund or series, as the case may be, written notice of its intention to terminate at least 60 days before the date on which the Fund or series is to be terminated (the “Termination Date”).
