Common use of Notice of Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Notice of Supplemental Indentures. After any supplemental indenture under this Article becomes effective, the Company may give to the Holders of Securities, in the manner referred to in Section 1.6, a notice briefly describing such supplemental indenture; provided, however, that the failure to give such notice to all Holders of Securities, or any defect therein, shall not impair or affect the validity of such supplemental indenture.
