Common use of Notice of Supplemental Indentures Clause in Contracts

Notice of Supplemental Indentures. Promptly after the execution by the Company, any Subsidiary Guarantor and the Trustee of any supplemental indenture, the Company shall give notice thereof to the Holders, in the manner provided for in Section 107, setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture. Any failure of the Company to give such notice to the Holders, or any defect therein, shall not, however, in any way impair or affect the validity of any such supplemental indenture. ARTICLE TEN
