Notice of Supplemental Indentures. Promptly after the execution by the Company Company, the Parent, each Guarantor, as applicable, and the Trustee of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of Section 902, the Company shall give notice thereof to the Holders of each Outstanding Security so affected, in the manner provided for in pursuant to Section 106, setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture.

Notice of Supplemental Indentures. Notice of Supplemental Indentures. Promptly after the execution by the Company and the Trustee of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of Section 90210.03, the ​ ​ Company shall give notice thereof to the Holders of each Outstanding Security affected, in the manner provided for set forth in Section 10614.01, setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture.

Notice of Supplemental Indentures. Promptly after the execution by the Company and the Trustee of any supplemental indenture pursuant to the provisions of Section 902, the Company shall give notice thereof to the Holders of each Outstanding Security affected, in the manner provided for in Section 106, setting forth in general terms the substance of such supplemental indenture, but failure by the Company to give any such notice as aforesaid shall not affect the validity or effectiveness of any such supplemental indenture.
