Common use of Notice of Servicing Default Clause in Contracts

Notice of Servicing Default. The Trustee shall mail to each Certificateholder notice of the Servicing Default within 10 days after a Responsible Officer has actual knowledge thereof unless such Servicing Default shall have been waived or cured. Except in the case of a Servicing Default in payment of principal of or interest on any Certificate, the Trustee may withhold the notice if and so long as it in good faith determines that withholding the notice is in the interests of Certificateholders.
