Notice of Restricted Transfer. Any Person who acquires or attempts to acquire or own Partnership Units in violation of subsection (b), or any Person who is a Purported Beneficial Transferee such that an automatic transfer to a Trust results under subsection (b)(ii), shall immediately give written notice to the Partnership of such event and shall provide to the Partnership such other information as the Partnership may request in order to determine the effect, if any, of such Transfer or attempted Transfer on such Person's compliance with subsection (b)(i).
