Common use of Notice of Price Increases Clause in Contracts

Notice of Price Increases. Except as otherwise agreed, Vendor will give Dealer ninety (90) days prior written notice to Dealer of the effective date of any price increases. A price increase will not affect Dealer's cost on a purchase order accepted by Vendor prior to the effective date of such price increase.
