Notice of Potential Claims or Litigation. WMI shall deliver to the Agent written notice of the initiation of any action, claim, complaint, investigation or any other notice of dispute or litigation against any Obligor that could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or which questions the validity or enforceability of any Loan Document, together with a copy of each such complaint or other notice received by such Obligor if requested by the Agent within 30 days of receipt thereof or of the determination that such action could reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, whichever occurs later (and such Obligor will make such determination in each case as promptly as practicable).
