Upon discovery of any Series 2013-B Excess Principal Event, HVF II, within two (2) Business Days of such discovery, shall deliver written notice of any related Mandatory Decreases, any related Mandatory Decrease Amount and the date of any such Mandatory Decrease to the Trustee and each Series 2013-B Noteholder.
