Notice of Loan Defaults. (a) Within fifteen (15) days after the occurrence of a Loan Payment Default, Servicer shall send a notice of such Loan Payment Default to the applicable Borrower pursuant to Section 3.3(f) and notice to Sponsor pursuant to Section 3.2(i).
