Notice of Infringements. In the event that either party becomes aware of any potential or actual infringement of any copyright for the Licensed Software, registered or unregistered, or of any potential or actual misappropriation of a trade secret relating to the Licensed Software or its source code (each, an “Infringement”), such party shall promptly provide the other with written notice thereof.
