Notice of Inconsistent Treatment of Partnership Item. No Partner shall file a notice with any governmental tax authority in connection with such Partner’s treatment of an item on such Partner’s income or other tax return or report in a manner which is inconsistent with the treatment of such item on the Partnership’s corresponding return or report unless such Partner has, not less than 30 days prior to the filing of such notice (or such shorter period as is approved by the General Partner in its sole and absolute discretion), provided the General Partner with a copy of such notice and thereafter in a timely manner provides such other information related thereto as the General Partner shall reasonably request.
