Notice of Inconsistent Treatment of Partnership Item. No Partner ---------------------------------------------------- shall file a notice with the Internal Revenue Service under Section 6222(b) of the Code in connection with such Partner's intention to treat an item on such Partner's Federal income tax return in a manner which is inconsistent with the treatment of such item on the Partnership's Federal income tax return unless such Partner has, not less than 30 days prior to the filing of such notice, provided the General Partner with a copy of the notice and thereafter in a timely manner provides such other information related thereto as the General Partner shall reasonably request.
