Notice of Event of Servicing Termination. The Servicer will notify the Depositor, the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and each Rating Agency of any event that with the giving of notice or lapse of time, or both, would become an Event of Servicing Termination under Section 7.1, no later than 5 Business Days after a Responsible Person of the Servicer obtains actual knowledge of such event.
