NOTICE OF CHANGE OF UNDERLYING SECURITIES. Whenever the number of shares of Underlying Securities per Unit or the kind or amount of securities or assets purchasable pursuant to the Warrants shall be adjusted pursuant to any of the provisions of this Warrant Agreement, or the number of shares of Underlying Securities or the kind or amount of securities or assets receivable upon conversion of Underlying Securities shall be adjusted pursuant to the terms thereof, the Company shall forthwith thereafter cause to be sent to each Warrantholder a notice setting forth such adjustment and also setting forth in detail the facts requiring such adjustments.
