Notice of Billing Errors. Publisher and WCI agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to provide each other verbal notification promptly upon discovery of billing errors, followed by written notification within ten (10) Business Days thereafter. Such written notification will contain detailed information to aid in identifying the cause of the billing error and its correction. Without limiting the generality of the preceding sentences of this Section 7.1, Publisher will regularly monitor the status of its Foreign Customer accounts receivable, and shall notify WCI in accordance with the preceding sentences of any Billing Transaction which has not been billed within sixty (60) days after the date referred to WCI for billing (a “Potentially Unbilled Transaction”).
