Notice of Availability of Additional Funds. If the Director receives notice of the availability of additional funding for any purpose authorized under this Agreement, including the availability of unspent IRR Program funds, the Director shall promptly notify the Tribe regarding such funding so that the Tribe may apply for any funds they may be eligible to receive on the same basis as any other Indian tribe.
