Common use of Notice of Alternative Currency Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Notice of Alternative Currency Letters of Credit. Not later than 2:00 P.M. (London time) on each Reset Date and each date on which Letters of Credit denominated in any Alternative Currencies are issued, if any such L/C Obligations are outstanding on such date, the applicable Issuing Bank shall determine its Issuing Bank Exchange Rate as of such date, if applicable, and give prompt notice thereof to the Administrative Agent. Not later than 5:00 P.M. (New York time) on each Reset Date and each date on which Letters of Credit denominated in any Alternative Currencies are issued, the Administrative Agent shall (i) determine the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amounts of the L/C Obligations denominated in such Alternative Currencies (after giving effect to any Letters of Credit denominated in such Alternative Currencies being issued, repaid, or cancelled or reduced on such date), (ii) notify the Lenders and the Borrower of the results of such determination and (iii) notify each Issuing Bank, if applicable, that the conditions to issuance set forth in Section 2.12(a) are satisfied.
