Notice of Alterations. In addition to Tenant’s obligations under Section 7.3, Tenant hereby agrees to use reasonable efforts to notify Landlord if Tenant makes any Alterations or improvements to the Premises that might impact accessibility to the Premises or the Building under any disability access laws.
