Notice of Actual or Potential Injury or Damage. In the event that any Product is held or is believed by Infortrend to cause injury to person or property due to the Products being defective, Infortrend shall promptly notify Dot Hill in writing, and provide sufficient details to Dot Hill in such writing regarding such injury to person or property.
