Notice from Third Parties. Except as set forth on the Real Estate Disclosure Schedule, during the past three years, Seller has not received any written notice from the holder of any mortgage or deed of trust encumbering the Property, any insurance company which has issued a policy with respect to the Property or, from any board of fire underwriters (or other body exercising similar functions) claiming any defects or deficiencies in the Property or requiring the performance of any repairs, alterations or other work to the Property.
