Notice Costs. Plaintiffs' counsel in the Settling Derivative Actions shall be responsible for funding and administering appropriate court-directed individual notice to the shareholders of Hanover entitled to receive such notice, as well as any other required or appropriate notice to be made by publication or otherwise.
