Common use of Notice by Agent Clause in Contracts

Notice by Agent. Agent shall give written notice to each Junior Lender and each Convertible Junior PIK Lender of any Senior Loan Payment Default (and any acceleration of the maturity of any Indebtedness as a result thereof) and the receipt of any notice under Section 10.2(a) or (b) promptly upon the occurrence or receipt thereof, as the case may be.
