Notice before Service Readiness. (a) (Notice timeline): In respect of each Stage, ServiceCo must give the FACS Representative separate notices in respect of each Stage 3 Months prior to the date upon which it reasonably expects to achieve Service Readiness in respect of that Stage. (b) (Notice of revised date): If, after ServiceCo gives FACS a notice in accordance with clause 15.2(a), the expected Date of Service Readiness changes, ServiceCo must notify FACS promptly of the revised date.
