Notice and Publicity. Prior to or subsequent to the Distribution, both Cognizant and ACNielsen agree to give or cause to be given, in each distinct geographic area or line of business in which they intend to operate or to sell any product or service, such notice and publicity of their separation and distinct identities as the source of any such business, product or service as may be reasonable under the circumstances or required by the relevant local law, where the local law imposes such a duty so to notify and/or publicize.
