Notice and Cure Rights of Investor Limited Partner. Upon written notice from Borrower to OCII of admission of the Investor Limited Partner if an Event of Default occurs, OCII shall give Investor Limited Partner the same written notice given to the Borrower as required herein. Investor Limited Partner shall have the right, but not the obligation, to cure defaults within the time periods provided to Borrower herein. With respect to any right of cure provided herein, performance of a cure by Investor Limited Partner shall have the same effect as would like performance by Borrower.
