Notic e. Any notice as required by this Agreement shall be sufficiently given (i) when sent to an authorized person of the other party at the address of such party set forth above or at such other address as such party may from time to time specify in writing to the other party; or (ii) as otherwise agreed upon by appropriate officers of the parties hereto.
