Nothing precludes Sample Clauses

Nothing precludes the College and a faculty member from entering into an Exclusive License Agreement for Electronic Course materials, with the approval of both parties. If the parties reach an Exclusive License Agreement, a copy of that agreement will be forwarded to the AAUP.
