Nothing in sections 7 Sample Clauses

Nothing in sections 7. 9.1 to 7.9.7 shall preclude any regulatory or government agency from reviewing a project and imposing additional or more stringent terms and conditions, or from refusing to issue a licence or approval that would be required in order to allow a proposed project to proceed.
