Notes Indenture. (a) Capitalized terms used in this Agreement and not otherwise defined herein have the respective meanings assigned thereto in the Notes Indenture. All terms defined in Article 9 of the New York UCC (as defined herein) and not defined in this Agreement or the Notes Indenture have the meanings specified therein.
