Notes and Other Instruments. Pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, the Borrower has endorsed, assigned and delivered to the Administrative Agent all promissory notes and other Instruments pledged hereunder. Regardless of the form of such endorsement, the Borrower hereby waives presentment, demand, notice of dishonor, protest, notice of protest and all other notices with respect thereto.
