NOTEHOLDER INFORMATION. send to the Note Trustee (in addition to any copies to which it may be entitled as a holder of any securities of the First Issuer) two copies in English of every balance sheet, profit and loss account, report, circular and notice of general meeting and every other document issued or sent to its shareholders as a class together with any of the foregoing, and every document issued or sent to holders of securities other than its shareholders (including the Noteholders) as soon as practicable after the issue or publication thereof;
