Note Certificates in issue. As soon as practicable (and in any event within three months) after each date on which Notes fall due for redemption, the Registrar shall notify the Issuer of the serial numbers and principal amount of any Note Certificates against surrender of which payment has been made and of the serial numbers and principal amount of any Note Certificates (and the names and addresses of the Holders thereof) which have not yet been surrendered for payment.

Note Certificates in issue. As soon as reasonably practicable upon any request, the Registrar shall notify the Issuer and the Trustee, as applicable, of the serial numbers (if any) and principal amount of any Note Certificates against surrender of which payment has been made and of the serial numbers (if any) and principal amount of any Note Certificates (and the names and addresses of the Holders thereof) which have not yet been surrendered for payment.
Note Certificates in issue. At the Issuer's request (and in any event within three months) after each Interest Payment date in relation to the Notes, after each date on which Notes are cancelled in accordance with Clause 6.2 (Cancellation by Paying Agents) and after the date on which the Notes fall due for redemption in accordance with the Conditions, the Fiscal Agent shall notify the Republic and the other Paying Agents (on the basis of the information available to it) of the number of any Note Certificates against surrender of which payment has been made and of the number of any Note Certificates which have not yet been surrendered for payment.
