Common use of Note and Notice Waivers Clause in Contracts

Note and Notice Waivers. Guarantor waives, to the full extent permitted by law, presentment, notice of dishonor, protest, notice of protest, notice of intent to accelerate, notice of acceleration, notice of dishonor, and all other notices or demands of any kind (including, without limitation, notice of the acceptance by Bank of this Guaranty, notice of the existence, creation, non-payment, or non-performance of any or all Obligations, and notice of the acts or omissions described in SECTION 6.5), excepting only notices specifically provided for in the Guarantor Loan Documents.
