The recitals contained herein and in the Notes, except, with respect to the Indenture Trustee, the certificates of authentication on the Notes, shall be taken as the statements of the Trust, and the Owner Trustee, the Indenture Trustee and the Authenticating Agent assume no responsibility for their correctness. The Owner Trustee and the Indenture Trustee make no representations with respect to the Trust Estate or as to the validity or sufficiency of this Indenture or of the Notes. Neither the Indenture Trustee nor the Owner Trustee shall be accountable for the use or application by the Trust of the Notes or the proceeds thereof or any money paid to the Trust or upon a Trust Order pursuant to the provisions hereof.
