Not Responsible for Recitals or Issuance of Certificates. The recitals contained herein and in the Certificates, except the certificates of authentication, shall not be taken as the statements of the Pass Through Trustee, and the Pass Through Trustee assumes no responsibility for their correctness. Subject to Section 7.15, the Pass Through Trustee makes no representations as to the validity or sufficiency of this Pass Through Trust Agreement, any Note Document, any ETC Document, the Participation Agreement, the Equipment Notes, the ETCs or the Certificates, except that the Pass Through Trustee hereby represents and warrants that this Pass Through Trust Agreement has been, and each Certificate will be, executed and delivered by one of its officers who is duly authorized to execute and deliver such document on its behalf.
